The Waypoint standard

Two divisions. One standard of underwriting, governance and discretion.

Compliance-forward

Securities activities are operationally and legally segmented from debt brokerage to protect sponsors, investors and partners.

Institutional underwriting

Every offering and every loan is stress-tested against the same standards we'd apply to our own balance sheet.

Relationship-led

Direct access to decision-makers — no layered intermediaries between you and the capital you need.

Meet the Team

The experience behind Waypoint.

Andrew Schwisow and Scott Bowman have spent their careers operating at the intersection of commercial real estate and capital markets, structuring transactions across debt and equity for institutional and private investors across national and international markets.

Their experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate investment—from acquisition and development through recapitalization and exit—supported by deep relationships across the capital stack.

In addition to advising and structuring transactions, they have participated as direct investors, bringing a principal's perspective to underwriting, risk assessment, and capital alignment. This dual vantage point—advisor and investor—enhances their ability to evaluate opportunities with discipline and conviction.

Waypoint represents the evolution of decades of capital markets experience—providing direct access to institutional-quality real estate equity opportunities.

Their experience informs a disciplined, investor-first approach to structuring and evaluating every opportunity presented through the platform.

A disciplined path from first call to closing.

The same four-stage process governs every engagement, regardless of which division leads it.
